A particular opportunity has already passed.
That chance is now gone; it is too late.
字面上意思，船已經開走了。
用來表示錯失機會。
中文常用句應該就是公車過站才揮手的FU吧。
也有人會用 missed the boat, missed the bus,
還有That train has left the station.
